US domestic shipment. We do ship worldwide. For certain items, please contact us with your zip / postal code for the proper shipping quote!


Shipping & Handling Information:

Orders being shipped within the United States will be shipped by any of the following services: USPS (United States Postal Services) or Fed Ex. We will choose the shipping service based on the packaged size and weight of an item.

FedEx does not do delivery on Saturdays. FedEx 2nd Day delivery orders shipped out on Thursday or FedEx Next Day delivery orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday of the following week.

For Next Day and 2nd Day shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (PDT). There are no deliveries on weekends and orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following week. 2nd day orders placed on Thursday will not be delivered until the following week.

Orders shipped outside of the United States will be shipped by an international mailing service of our choice. Some items may not be shipped to some countries.

Fun House Theatrical Costumes will not be responsible for lost or damaged items of the USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority International mails. No tracking and insurance is supplied for these shipments by the US Post Office. Also beware that USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International is susceptible to possible long delays for up to 2 to 3 months.

International customers are responsible for any custom taxes or duty fees, which we have no control over so we cannot predict what their charges may be. Since custom’s policies vary for different countries, you should contact your local customs office for further information. We are not responsible for any customs issues.

Customers will be responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Since some orders are shipped immediately, we may not be able to change the shipping address once your order is accepted.

Customers must contact us immediately for any shipping issues.

Any orders returned unclaimed or refused will have a 45% processing fee and shipping charges deducted from any refunds.

In-Store Pickup Orders: Some orders may not be available right away and can take up to 1-2 weeks to process. Please contact us for availability.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. No returns nor refunds. Please make sure you are ordering your correct size. If there is any problem with your item or package, please get in touch by email within 24 hours of receiving the item. The returns without our approval are subject to be charged 45% for restocking fee. All special orders, with or without the return authorization, are also subject to a 45% restocking fee. The returns with our approval are subject to be charged 30% for restocking fee. Plus we will not be responsible with any shipping expenses.

Any defective products may be exchanged for the same item. To request an exchange, we require that you request authorization within 2 business days of receiving your order. If you have any request for returns, concerns, and exchanges, send us an email explaining your situation so we can provide you with an authorization number. All correspondences must be made by email. All exchanges are subject to 25% restocking charge. Also, you will be responsible with both way shipments. You can request an exchange one of two ways:

* Cross Shipment:

If you need to receive the exchange order in a hurry, we can process a cross shipment. Once you have made payment for the new order it will ship out within 2 business days. Upon return of your original order, a refund will be issued to your Paypal account.

* Standard Exchange:

If you prefer not to have two charges on your credit card until the original order is received back and refunded, we can process a standard exchange. Once we have received the original order back, we will process and ship out the new order! Please allow ample time for this process as we cannot ship the new order until the original order is received back.

In most cases, refunds are processed within 7 - 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise, but may vary depending upon the season.

Returned Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original pieces and packaging, otherwise no refund will be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including shipping costs incurred to send an item back to Fun House Theatrical. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Costumes & accessory styles, fabrics, pictures, images, and colors are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturer’s production changes. Fun House Theatrical Costumes will not be held responsible for the changes the manufacturer makes. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control.
